Position: Dispatch 

Location: Joyalways/129 S. Technology Drive, Reidsville, NC 27320 

 Employment Type: Full-Time 

Schedule: Monday–Friday (with flexibility for production needs) 

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Position Summary

Our organization is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Dispatch to support the efficient execution of daily outbound logistics. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, communicating with carriers, and ensuring the timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively within a structured manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule all outbound shipments, ensuring alignment with production timelines and customer requirements
• Prepare, review, and maintain all shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, packing lists, and labeling
• Serve as the primary point of contact for carriers, drivers, and logistics partners
• Monitor shipment progress, proactively address delays, and resolve transportation‑related issues
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, shipment logs, and inventory movements
• Collaborate closely with Production, Warehouse, and Supply Chain team to ensure order accuracy and prioritization
• Support inventory control processes, including cycle counts and reconciliation activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or related operational roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency with shipping systems, ERP platforms, or inventory management software (preferred)
• Ability to work effectively within a manufacturing or warehouse setting
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
