Job DetailsJob Location: Reidsville-NC - Reidsville, NC 27320Private Client Specialist serves as the primary contact for high-net-worth clients.  They provide knowledge and expertise that leads to protecting client’s assets and minimizing the risk of identifiable exposures.  The Private Client Specialist provides a first-class client experience by delivering timely communication, answering coverage and exposure questions, marketing new and existing policies, submitting policy endorsements to carriers, and supporting the Claims team throughout the claims process, as needed.   JOB DESCRIPTION Proactively establish, develop, and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact and by providing timely and knowledgeable - information, advice, and recommendations. Overall account management including regular communication with clients. Build client relationships and loyalty by providing an exceptional client experience. Consistently assess, manage, monitor, and identify risks for clients based on exposures for potential loss to assets. Provide comprehensive, tailored insurance coverage solutions based on client needs and objectives. Furnish insurance industry loss prevention solutions to mitigate the potential for claims to occur. Produce sophisticated presentations for clients explaining coverage; Articulate complex concepts in a simplified manner Keep current with carriers, products, and applicable legislation. Maintain a familiarity with trends in the industry and with new insurance products. Negotiate with carrier underwriters on behalf of clients for best rates and coverage terms. Maintain existing book of business with a focus on deepening client relationships. Receive, document, and process all insured requests for service. Performs other duties as assigned.   REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred. 10+ years P&C insurance experience CPRM designation required, or willingness and ability to obtain within 1 year of starting the program. Previous experience working with VIP client/high net worth personal lines coverages in a brokerage/agency setting. Experience maintaining client relationships. Prior experience quoting binding and issuing policies. Experience working with multiple carriers and rating systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook skills, and able to quickly learn and utilize other computer applications. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Ability to articulate concepts and make presentations. Excellent organizational and planning skills – must be able to manage projects and time independently.
