About the Role:

The Production Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of the manufacturing floor to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production output. This position is responsible for coordinating production activities, managing team performance, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The Production Supervisor will lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support to meet production goals and deadlines. Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher in manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Basic computer skills including familiarity with production management software and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related discipline.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Certification in safety management or production supervision.
Experience working with ERP systems and advanced production tracking tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
