Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics

Carroll County, Maryland

 

 

Location: NovaCare in Carroll County, Maryland

Schedule: Full Time 40 Hours

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000

Incentives: Up to $20,000 and indefinite student loan assistance

We are seeking an experienced physical therapist to support our outpatient teams in Carroll County, Maryland. Previous outpatient orthopedic experience is required for consideration. We will identify your coverage area (Westminster, Manchester, Hampstead, and Eldersburg) and offer mileage reimbursement for same-day travel between centers. Ideally, we would set a coverage schedule based on your availability and our OP teams' needs. Continuity of care is our focus; it would be rare to travel between centers on the same day.

  • General Orthopedics
  • Vestibular Rehab
  • Oncology Rehab (ReVital)
  • Industrial Rehab
  • Sports Medicine
  • Pelvic Health (CoreVia)

Schedule:

  • Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Two evenings per week, with the last patient scheduled one hour prior to close
  • Flexible scheduling options may be available for the right candidate

 

Compensation & Perks:

  • Base Salary: Starting at $90,000+, based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
  • Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
  • Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school 
  • Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
  • CPR certification
