Job Description
The Med Spa Manager will oversee all aspects of the spa’s operations, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and staff management. This role combines leadership, business management, and a passion for skincare and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily spa operations and scheduling
- Supervise, train, and motivate spa staff
- Ensure excellent client experiences and handle client concerns professionally
- Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Monitor financial performance and assist with budgeting and reporting
- Develop marketing initiatives and promotions to increase client base
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in spa or medical spa management preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of skincare treatments and industry trends a plus
- Customer service oriented with problem-solving skills
- Proficient with scheduling and management software
