Job Description
We are looking for a Production Assembler to help assemble LED high bays. No experience is necessary — we will train you! A top-notch assembler should be able to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions and be a team player.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Location: Conveniently located near the airport and directly on the bus line.

Summary of major responsibilities:
  • Using power tools to assemble light fixtures
  • Working with other members of the line or group to assemble products
  • Identifying defective items and handling them according to established procedures
  • Collecting all materials and equipment needed to begin assembly
  • Aligning material and putting together parts to build more complex units
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Requirements and skills:

  • No experience required — training provided
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components that are often very small
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move material up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for an eight-hour shift
