Salary Range: 100k-130k
About the Role
Access to Healthcare Network is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead our Human Resources strategy and help shape the future of our organization. The CHRO will serve as a key member of the executive team, responsible for designing and executing HR initiatives that align with AHN's mission, values, and long-term organizational goals. This leader will guide all aspects of HR, including talent management, organizational development, performance management, compensation, benefits, and culture-building efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and support long-term business objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, executive team, and board of directors on all HR-related initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Management
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee succession planning and workforce development.
Employee Development
- Design and implement training and professional development programs that foster career growth and skill advancement.

Performance Management
- Lead the creation, implementation, and management of fair, effective performance evaluation systems that support a high-performance culture.
Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee the design, evaluation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
Employee Relations
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and supportive employee culture.
- Address employee concerns, mediate conflict, and ensure fair and consistent HR practices.
Compliance
- Ensure organizational compliance with federal and state labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
HR Analytics
- Use HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and support strategic initiatives.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Lead efforts that promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and leverage HR software and analytics tools effectively.

Additional Requirements

- Ability to travel to offices outside of Reno
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must pass a State of Nevada background check.
