Skillforce is actively hiring Construction Laborers for a long-term project in Sparks, NV. If you're dependable, safety-minded, and looking for consistent hours with excellent earning potential, we want to hear from you!

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification is REQUIRED.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $20/hour
Overtime: $30/hour

Day Shift

Monday–Friday: 4:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday: 5:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Night Shift

Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM
Sunday: 5:30 AM – 6:30 PM

What You'll Do

Monitor assigned areas and site facilities throughout the shift
Help maintain a safe, organized, and secure job site
Prevent vandalism, misuse, or damage to company property
Report maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to site management
Communicate professionally with supervisors, workers, and subcontractors
Remain at your assigned post as directed
Assist with general site operations as needed

What We're Looking For

2+ years of construction experience
Valid OSHA 10 certification (required)
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to stay alert and attentive throughout long shifts
Basic knowledge of construction site safety practices
Previous construction or job site experience preferred
