General Dental Assistant
Starting at $18+/hour – DOE

We are seeking a motivated General Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. In this role, you’ll provide chairside support, assist during procedures, help maintain efficient clinical flow, and create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
Assist dentists chairside during restorative and preventive procedures
Prepare, disinfect, and maintain treatment rooms before and after patients
Take and process dental X-rays, as permitted by certification
Help support patient flow and ensure patient comfort during visits
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting
Sterilize instruments and manage clinical supply inventory
Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-op instructions
Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
Deliver compassionate, efficient care in a fast-paced clinical environment
✅ What We’re Looking For
✔️ Dental assisting experience preferred, but not required for all roles
✔️ Strong communication and multitasking skills

Hygiene Dental Assistant
Starting at $18+/hour – DOE
We are also hiring Hygiene Dental Assistants to support our hygiene teams and help create an efficient, comfortable, and welcoming experience for our patients.
The Hygiene Dental Assistant will work closely with the hygienist and clinical team to support patient care, operatory preparation, sterilization, patient flow, and overall office efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the hygienist with daily clinical and operatory needs
Prepare and set up treatment rooms and hygiene operatories
Assist with patient flow and ensure patients are comfortable throughout their visit
Take and process X-rays, as permitted by certification
Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection control procedures
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked operatories
Assist with charting and accurate clinical documentation
Provide patients with oral hygiene education and post-treatment instructions
Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
Work collaboratively with the hygiene and dental team to provide excellent patient care
