Job DetailsJob Location: Business Office - Reno, NV 89502Dolan Auto Group, named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for a Deal Coordinator is responsible for performing clerical duties for the Contracts team and the Business Office. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: EDRS entry, Overnight Deal packages, trade vehicle payoffs and interdepartmental communications.    Why Dolan? We offer a generous comprehensive compensation and benefits package.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Process EDRS (Titles and Registration) through NV DMV website.  Review of customer vehicle sales contract information  Overnight Deal packages and logging outgoing mail.  Trade Vehicle payoffs to financial institutions  Overnight trade payoffs and logging outgoing checks.  Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.      Benefits: After 90 days (about 3 months) every full time Dolan Auto Group employee will receive the following benefits: Paid Time Off/Vacation. Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license. Be at least 18 years of age. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Physical Demands: Physical demands include, but are not limited to: Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Repetitive body movement such as squatting, twisting, kneeling, bending, stooping, fast paced walking and light jogging when necessary. Lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds without assistance at various times. Exposure to weather, where extreme temperature ranges may be encountered.
