Job DetailsJob Location: Dodge - Reno, NV 89502Position Type: Full-TimeDolan Auto Group, named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for a Certified Technician to perform automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards and diagnose and resolve different sources of automotive problems swiftly and accurately. We offer a generous comprehensive compensation and benefits package.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Diagnose customer concerns/ problems. Perform multi point inspections on every car. Perform maintenance/ repairs on customer cars. Perform new car inspection (PDI). Maintain a clean work station. Install accessories. Perform estimates. Maintain manufacture certifications. Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license. Be at least 18 years of age. FCA and Manufacturer Level 3 Master certification required. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented. Strong communication skills. A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.   Physical Demands: Physical demands include, but are not limited to: Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Repetitive body movement such as squatting, twisting, kneeling, bending, stooping, fast paced walking and light jogging when necessary. Lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds without assistance at various times. Exposure to weather, where extreme temperature ranges may be encountered.
