ā–¶ļøŽ What will you do:
惻Install, configure, commission, and start up SMT and industrial automation equipment at customer sites.
惻Perform equipment retrofits, upgrades, and custom modifications.
惻Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, software, and process-related issues both onsite and remotely.
惻Provide advanced technical support to minimize customer downtime and escalate complex issues to engineering teams when needed.
惻Deliver operator and maintenance training to customer personnel.
惻Advise customers on process optimization, preventive maintenance, and equipment efficiency improvements.
惻Collect and analyze technical data to support troubleshooting, reliability tracking, and continuous process improvement.
惻Prepare detailed service reports and technical documentation while communicating findings to customers and internal stakeholders.
惻Serve as the technical liaison between customers and internal engineering teams.
惻Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
惻Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory, including overnight and short-notice travel as required.
惻Perform other duties as assigned.


ā–¶ļøŽ Required Qualifications & Skills:
惻Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of technical education, military training, and relevant experience.
惻Experience with SMT equipment or similar industrial automation machinery preferred.
惻Strong background in mechanical and electrical diagnostics, repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
惻Ability to interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and mechatronic system diagrams.
惻Proficiency with Windows-based operating systems, software installation, and system configuration.
惻Basic knowledge of networking concepts and modern computing applications.
惻Strong understanding of industrial automation systems.
惻Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
惻Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
惻Strong verbal and written communication skills.
惻Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
惻Ability to travel extensively by air and car, including overnight travel.
