Adept at creating a welcoming environment, explaining treatment plans, verifying insurance, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and clinical teams. Known for strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences. Proficient in dental software systems and dedicated to supporting efficient, patient-centered care. A Dental Patient Care Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between patients and the dental practice. This role ensures a smooth and positive patient experience by managing appointments, coordinating treatment plans, handling billing inquiries, and maintaining effective communication between patients, dentists, and staff. The coordinator plays a key role in supporting both administrative and clinical operations to enhance patient satisfaction and office efficiency.
