We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join an amazing team in Chico, CA. It has tree-lined streets, a vibrant university town atmosphere, and a gateway to the Northern California outdoors — Chico is one of California's best-kept secrets. It is the kind of place that is easy to enjoy for 13 weeks, and just as easy to stay.

Details of the opening:

Anticipated start date: Flexible
Salary range: Up to $2340 weekly
Anticipated duration of contract: 13 weeks
Travel contract assignment or a full-time opportunity, based on candidate preference and availability

Range of Responsibilities:

Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and mobility interventions
Implement fall prevention and safety strategies
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Complete timely and accurate documentation per regulatory guidelines
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Participate in care planning and discharge planning
Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques

Qualifications:

Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Active CA PT License
