Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate.

Responsibilities:

Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate transactions
Generate and follow up on leads through company systems and personal networking
Provide market analysis, pricing strategies, and negotiation expertise
Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients
Collaborate with our property management and sales team to maximize opportunities
Stay up to date on market trends, regulations, and real estate best practices

Qualifications:

Active Nevada Real Estate License (required)
Proven experience in real estate sales preferred, but motivated new agents welcome
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, MLS, and digital marketing tools
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
