Partnering with Manufacturing Finance and plant leaders to align forecasts with real-world operating conditions and business priorities. Designing and maintaining Power BI models and dashboards by working directly with data from the enterprise data warehouse, ensuring accuracy, reconciliation, and decision-ready structure. Building financial models and ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives, pricing, capital decisions, and margin improvement efforts. Continuously improving the quality, efficiency, and usefulness of financial and operational reporting across the organization.   WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, Senior Financial Analyst roles, or financial analytics within a manufacturing or operational environment. Strong financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency. Hands-on experience building and maintaining Power BI models and analytics. A builder mindset with comfort working in ambiguity, imperfect data, and evolving business needs. Proven ability to develop trusted partnerships with finance and operations leaders across multiple locations.
