Must be able to work with limited supervision. Supports all SMT processes as needed. Activities Responsible for surface mount manufacturing, set up, operation, and adjustment of SMT equipment. Monitors and maintains equipment to meet company standards. Other duties upon request. QualificationsJOB QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma. Good skill with basic arithmetic. Experience in SMT technology required. High energy level and self motivated. IPC-610 training and experience desirable. Must be highly dependable with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to read and interpret documents, and good communications skills are required. Basic PC skills in EXCEL and WORD are preferred.
