As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the procurement and inventory of materials across our manufacturing and recycling operations. Your role will involve collaborating with suppliers, production teams, and logistics to optimize material availability, minimize delays, and support manufacturing efficiency. This position offers a dynamic environment for individuals passionate about supply chain management and sustainability to make a significant impact.

  • Develop and maintain material planning schedules to support production requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages, and initiate procurement or production actions to avoid stockouts.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Review bill of materials (BOMs) and production plans to determine material requirements.
  • Track lead times and adjust plans to accommodate changes in demand or supply delays.
  • Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate records in ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Analyze supply chain data to optimize inventory levels, reduce excess stock, and improve service levels.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in material planning, forecasting, and production processes.
  • Communicate effectively with production, engineering, and logistics teams to address material-related issues.

Expected Pay Range

$60k - $70k per year.

Compensation for this position may vary based on a number of individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The total compensation package may also include additional components such as bonus, equity, and benefits, which will be detailed upon offer of employment.
