Job Description Summary:Â
Â
Assist in the management of multiple projects while providing advice to the Project Manager. Help coordinate projects, schedules, and track the progress of projects and report their results.Â
Â
Salary Range: $75,000 -125,000
Â
Responsibilities
Â
- Help oversee a construction project from start to finishÂ
- Manage day-to-day project activities including the POD and time sheetsÂ
- Assist in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources neededÂ
- Work with project manager to ensure understanding of all project activities, schedules and deliverablesÂ
- Help to manage client responsibilities and expectationsÂ
- Work with management to develop the objectives/goals of each member and assign individual responsibilitiesÂ
- Ensure that construction activities move according to pre-determined scheduleÂ
- Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basisÂ
- Effective time management and logical decision-making abilityÂ
Qualifications

- Ability to multitask and maintain effectiveness with multiple prioritiesÂ
- Professional demeanor; remain calm and emotionally controlled under pressureÂ
- Ability to follow directions and take initiative when requiredÂ
- Excellent communication, accounting and organizational skillsÂ
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and TimberlineÂ
- A basic to good understanding of construction means and methodsÂ
- Basic understanding/proficiency with spreadsheets, Email and other software used in the construction industry.Â
- Completed OSHA ET&D TrainingÂ

Education and/or Work Experience:Â

At least one of the following:Â
- Degree in Engineering/Construction ManagementÂ
- Construction Management with 1-2 years of experience with a commercial and/or Industrial general contractor;Â
- 2+ years of directly related experience with no degreeÂ
