Job DetailsJob Location: Nevada Distribution Center - Reno, NV 89506Position Type: Full TimeJob Category: WarehousePosition Summary: The Distribution Center Lead executes and facilitates the day-to-day functions and workload of a specific DC functional team. Acts as technical go to for SOPs, safety, efficiency and operations for a specific team. What you will do in this role: Provide daily hands-on support and direction for the team in their general warehouse duties, in training, onboarding and SOP education/adherence and ongoing coaching and mentoring to develop team members. Drive compliance with safety, quality and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives. Provide recommendations on process improvement and assists in implementation. Pull data and runs reports from AS400 as needed. Other duties/projects as required by Distribution Center Supervisor M81319 QualificationsWhat we look for in a candidate: High School diploma 3-5 years Warehouse experience including forklift skills, warehouse handling and organization, truck loading and unloading.
