Job Summary:
The Practice Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the practice, including overseeing staff, finances, patient care, and administrative functions. The successful candidate will lead the team to meet operational goals, maintain a high level of client satisfaction, and ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and development of practice staff, including healthcare providers and administrative personnel.
Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflows and quality patient care. Monitor and improve internal processes for better efficiency.
Financial Management: Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control. Ensure practice profitability by overseeing billing, invoicing, and reimbursement processes.
Client Service & Communication: Maintain a high standard of client care and ensure effective communication with patients. Address patient concerns and manage relationships.
Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure that the practice complies with all regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards. Maintain accurate records and reports.
Inventory & Supplies Management: Oversee the procurement and management of office and medical supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels and adherence to safety standards.
Marketing & Business Development: Assist with marketing initiatives to attract new patients and retain existing clients. Promote the practice within the community.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within a practice or similar environment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of practice management software and office systems.
Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, payroll, and cost management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position, with some evening and weekend availability required.
Office and clinical environment.
