As we set our sights on doubling our impact and serving an additional 2,000 people by 2030, we need the right team members to help us get there.     Join us as a Repair Project Manager, where you’ll contribute to effective repair project management, ensure high-quality repairs and maintenance, and help support our mission of affordable homeownership.  Learn more about our work at www.habitatskc.org.     Your Impact:  Repair Project Support Arrange site visits with qualified homeowners and Associate Director of Repairs (ADR) to assess repair needs on assigned projects; work with ADR and Repair Site Managers (RSMs) to develop budgets for on-site work, and obtain bids for all subcontracted work.  Support ADR in building out project schedules; for subcontracted work, directly manage communication with homeowners and subcontractors during bidding process.  On each assigned repair project, track life cycle of work through communication with key stakeholders and accurate documentation.
