Job DetailsJob Location: Republic , PA 15475Position Type: Full TimeThe Commercial Kitchen Incubator Program Support Specialist is a front-line, direct service position responsible for supporting food entrepreneurs participating in FCCAA’s Commercial Kitchen Incubator and Small Food Business Program. This role provides hands-on assistance to members using the facility, supports delivery of training and supportive services, and helps ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for entrepreneurs—particularly those from low-income and underserved communities. The Program Support Specialist plays a key role in helping participants successfully navigate facility use, food safety practices, certification requirements, and basic business operations, while reinforcing FCCAA’s mission of promoting self-sufficiency, workforce development, and economic opportunity. QualificationsMinimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree or relevant coursework preferred At least one to two years of experience in food service, culinary operations, workforce development, community services, or customer support Experience working directly with low-income individuals or diverse populations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Basic computer skills, including data entry and email communication Ability to plan and organize daily work Preferred Qualifications ServSafe Food Handler or Manager certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Experience working in a commercial kitchen, share-use facility, or food production environment Additional Requirements Ability to successfully pass Federal and State criminal background check and State of Pennsylvania Child Abuse screening
