Leidos is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Business Analytics and Automation Lead to support the best-in-class enterprise contracts and supply chain function’s people, tools, and systems. This exciting role provides the opportunity for significant visibility to the business through support of strategic and challenging initiatives in the areas of analytics and automation. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of project management, business analysis, process improvement, and technical skills such as data modeling, ETL, SQL and work with low-code / no-code tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analytics:
Lead enterprise-grade reporting and dashboard development initiatives
Execute and manage executive reporting deliverables under tight deadlines, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with strategic objectives
Deliver spend, contract, compliance, and operational analytics solutions that drive measurable business value
Support master data governance initiatives including data quality monitoring, issue remediation, and controls to ensure data integrity and audit readiness
Automation and AI:
Identify, prioritize, and manage delivery of business process automation initiatives through low-code / no-code automation and other workflow technologies
Support AI use case identification, testing, validation, and lifecycle management in partnership with technical and business stakeholders
Deliver intelligent contract and spend analytics solutions that enhance visibility, compliance, and operational efficiency
Project Leadership:
Lead cross functional analytics and automation projects from requirements definition through deployment to sustainment
Partner with CIO and business process analysts to support system enhancements, upgrades, and optimizations
Ensure timely delivery of compliance reporting requirements in support of SOX, DFARS, and other internal and external regulatory obligations.
Basic Qualifications
- Typically requires BS and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience with degree in engineering, information systems, business analytics, or other relevant field.
- Demonstrated proficiency delivering systems implementation projects.
- Demonstrated experience delivering business process improvements utilizing automation, workflow tools, or other AI-enabled techniques
- Strong analytics aptitude with attention to detail and solid business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated experience managing senior level stakeholders
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced environment
- US citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Costpoint and major SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft built applications).
- Familiarity with procurement, subcontracts, and US Government contracting

Pay Range:
Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
