A day in the life
You partner daily with Digital Marketing, Sales leadership, OSCs, Marketing Operations, and IT/ to translate business requests into technical requirements and scalable solutions. You balance strategic initiatives, platform roadmaps, integrations, and new capability rollouts with day-to-day operational support, prioritizing work, mitigating risk, and keeping our platforms stable, secure, and adopted. You lead and develop your team, coordinate vendors, and report progress and impact to the Vice President of Digital Marketing.
What is Stanley Martin looking for ?
- Proven experience owning and administering Salesforce (Sales Cloud required; Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud strongly preferred), including configuration, security, and integrations.
- Demonstrated leadership of a marketing/sales technology function and a modern MarTech stack, ideally in homebuilding, real estate, or another B2C environment.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and to anticipate downstream impacts and risk.
- Experience with automation, data governance, vendor management, documentation, and driving user adoption.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and the ability to lead, mentor, and develop a technical team.
- A college degree or commensurate experience.
Must Haves
- Extensive experience in a leadership role overseeing Salesforce implementations and managing other marketing technologies, including email marketing, AI, and online chat, within a similar industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and related products.
- Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with a broad range of marketing technologies and their integration points, with specific expertise in email marketing, AI, and online chat.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth through Salesforce and marketing technology optimization.

This position pays between $149,200.00 to $166,500.00 annually plus bonus.
