Description

Leidos is a Fortune 500 science and technology leader delivering innovative solutions in national security, defense, intelligence, civil government, and health. We operate in complex, highly regulated environments where strong regulatory compliance is essential to mission success.

The Global Regulatory Compliance Analyst will join the Global Regulatory Compliance team and support the review of international business contracts and transactions to ensure alignment with applicable laws and company policies. This role will focus primarily on detailed contract review and regulatory analysis related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), UK Bribery Act, antitrust laws, human rights considerations, and other international compliance requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional seeking to build deep expertise in global regulatory compliance within a large, matrixed organization. The role offers meaningful exposure to complex international business matters, mentorship within the Legal and Compliance function, and strong long-term growth potential.

In addition to contract review responsibilities, the Analyst may support broader compliance initiatives, including components of the enterprise risk management (ERM) program and other regulatory matters as needed.

This role reports to the Senior Director and Lead Attorney for Global Regulatory Compliance and is based in Reston, Virginia, with hybrid flexibility.

  • Apply company compliance policies and regulatory frameworks to practical business scenarios.
  • Document findings clearly and accurately, escalating issues as appropriate.

  • Support monitoring and tracking of recurring risk themes and regulatory trends.
  • Contribute to updates of internal guidance materials and compliance resources.
  • Monitor developments in global anti-corruption, antitrust, and related regulatory areas.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Special Projects

  • Partner with Legal, Contracts, Supply Chain, and Business Development teams to facilitate compliant international business execution.
  • Support additional compliance-related projects as assigned, including potential contributions to the enterprise risk management (ERM) program.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive willingness to assist with evolving regulatory and compliance priorities.
  • Monitor external developments and leading practices in risk management, governance, and analytics.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
