Noblis is seeking an experienced Intelligence Talent Acquisition professional to build and sustain an exceptional workforce in a high-growth, agile environment.
The selected candidate will support efforts across the Intelligence Community and Law Enforcement divisions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform full life cycle recruiting of professional and technical roles for cleared (TS/SCI through TS/SCI FSP) positions.
- Manage a high volume of requisitions at varying levels, both funded and proposal.
- Establish trusted partnerships and effective working relationships with hiring managers leveraging market intelligence to determine requirements, develop strategies, and drive hiring.
- Consistently and effectively use the applicant tracking system (iCIMs) ensuring data integrity for accurate reporting.
- Maximize the use of sourcing tools for speed and scalability in hiring.
- Ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations and company policies, educating hiring managers as needed.
This is a hybrid role; The selected candidate is expected to come into the office up to 2 days a week, and as needed by the business.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security clearance
- Bachelor's OR Master's degree with minimum of 8 years of Intelligence recruiting/sourcing experience OR Associate degree with 11 years of Intelligence recruiting/sourcing experience, OR High School diploma/GED with 13 years of Intelligence recruiting/sourcing experience
- 8 years of experience recruiting highly cleared technical candidates within the Law Enforcement and Intelligence communities
- Proven experience recruiting highly technical candidates holding Top Secret through TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph clearances
- 3–5 years of experience supporting proposal efforts
Demonstrated proficiency across the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer management, and requisition closure
Ability to effectively manage a requisition load of 25–35 positions
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS, Taleo, Dayforce, or similar)
Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations, including Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) compliance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Subject matter expertise recruiting highly cleared candidates within the Intelligence and Law Enforcement communities.
- Established professional networks and working relationships within multiple intelligence agencies.
- Experience with iCIMS ATS.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.

USD $86,800.00 - USD $135,625.00 /Yr.
