The Sales Associate Key is capable of creating a selling culture where all associates align around the needs of our customers. Responsibilities include providing exceptional and meaningful customer service that promotes the product and builds brand relationships, assisting management to build store business, servicing multiple customers at a time, being aware of fashion trends and product knowledge, creating outfits for customers, developing positive working relationships, communicating store information to management, achieving sales and service metrics, supporting operational excellence including inventory management, planning and prioritizing tasks, occasionally leading or supervising others, and opening or closing the store. The position requires flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays, physical ability to climb ladders, stand for extended periods, and lift at least 40 lbs, and technological aptitude to navigate POS/computer/iPad/handheld systems.
