Position Summary:

About the RoleĀ 

Ā 

We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst with strong Workday experience across core functional areas including HCM,Ā payroll, performance, talent, recruiting, time tracking, absence, compensation, benefits, security,Ā integrations, reporting, and analytics. This role will support configuration changes, troubleshoot system issues, and execute testing to ensure accuracy, performance, andĀ usability.Ā

The analyst will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and operational leadersĀ toĀ optimizeĀ Workday processes, enhanceĀ the userĀ experience, and support ongoing system improvements.Ā 

The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, balances project work with day-to-day support, and works independently with minimal direction. They are proactive, adaptable, and focused on continuously improving Workday.Ā

What You'll DoĀ 

The HRIS Analyst will support and enhance Workday across HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting, and Learning by troubleshooting issues, managing support requests, and ensuringĀ timelyĀ resolution for HR and business users. This role willĀ maintainĀ system configurations,Ā monitorĀ integrations, and contribute to key initiatives and system enhancements, whileĀ participatingĀ in releases, supporting reporting and compliance needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement andĀ a consistentĀ Workday experience. The HRIS Analyst will also support and improve Workday to ensure it runs smoothly, accurately, and efficiently across the organization, with responsibilities that include a mix of system support, light HR transactions, and project-based work.Ā 

Ā 

The successful candidate will be able to perform the following responsibilities:Ā 

Ā 

  • Support Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting, and LearningĀ 

  • Provide day-to-day support to HR and business users, troubleshooting system issues and resolving ticketsĀ 

  • Manage Workday support requests and ensureĀ timely, high-quality supportĀ 

  • Process a small number of HR transactions (e.g.Ā positionĀ changes, terminations) to support operationsĀ 

  • Support key initiatives such as Workday public cloud migration, time clock rollout, and timekeeping enhancementsĀ 

  • Support performance management, recruiting, and Workday Learning optimization effortsĀ 

  • Participate in bi-annual Workday releases, including review, testing, and validation of system changesĀ 

  • Create andĀ maintainĀ Workday organizational structures (supervisory orgs, cost centers, hierarchies, grants, etc.)Ā 

  • Configure andĀ maintainĀ Workday business processes, including notifications, alerts, and custom notificationsĀ 

  • Support projects and ongoing initiatives by tracking requests, enhancements, and issues, andĀ maintainingĀ clear documentation and status trackingĀ 

  • Assign andĀ maintainĀ security roles, ensuringĀ appropriate accessĀ and complianceĀ 

  • Support and troubleshoot benefits and other third-party integrationsĀ 

  • Monitor integrations for errors or failures and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendorsĀ 

  • Support Open Enrollment, including configuration, testing, and launch activitiesĀ 

  • Support compliance reporting, including EEO and ACA annual reportingĀ 

  • Build andĀ maintainĀ Workday reports and dashboards to support business needsĀ 

  • Create andĀ maintainĀ EIBs to support mass data updates and system processesĀ 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the Workday experienceĀ 

  • IdentifyĀ opportunities to improve HR processes and recommend system-based solutionsĀ 

  • Support standardization of HR processes and consistent use of Workday across teamsĀ 

  • Develop job aids, training materials, and user documentation, and support end-user trainingĀ 

  • Provide guidance and support to team members on Workday functionality and HRIS best practicesĀ

WhatĀ You’llĀ BringĀ 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experienceĀ 

  • 3+ years of WorkdayĀ configurationĀ experienceĀ across multiple modulesĀ requiredĀ 

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsĀ 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse teamsĀ 

  • Able to solve problems effectively, make sound decisions, and manage their work independently while supporting WorkdayĀ initiativesĀ 

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretionĀ 

  • Workday Pro certification preferredĀ

Work Environment & Physical RequirementsĀ 

  • This positionĀ operatesĀ in a professional office and clinic environmentĀ 

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands toĀ operateĀ a computer and other office equipmentĀ 

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing administrative and computer-based tasksĀ 

  • Occasionally required to lift or move items weighing up to 20 pounds (such as files, office supplies, or small equipment)Ā 

  • Must have adequate visual acuity, hearing, and manual dexterity to perform essential job functionsĀ 

  • May occasionally move between clinic and administrative areas and be exposed to a typical clinical settingĀ 

  • Expected to follow allĀ NeighborHealthĀ and OSHA safety policies and procedures, includingĀ maintainingĀ a safe and ergonomic work environmentĀ 

PAY RANGE:

Starting at $89,440 up to $137,280 based on experience
