What You’ll Do

  • Manage residential, commercial, and national transactions
  • Prepare and present closing documents
  • Coordinate closings, recordings, and disbursements
  • Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction
  • Ensure compliance with contracts and regulations
  • Perform notary duties and represent the company professionally

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in escrow or real estate
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow software
  • Valid Notary Commission and driver’s license
