About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our growing team in Clifton Park, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people and their families in a supportive, clinician-first environment. Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual therapy services to children and adolescents using evidence-based treatment modalities
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school systems to support clients' overall well-being
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing clinical supervision
  • Build a safe, trusting therapeutic environment that supports youth mental health and development
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Active or eligible New York State licensure (LMHC or LMFT)
  • Active or eligible for Diagnostic Privilege
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a clinical setting
  • Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, or play therapy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage a caseload and maintain timely clinical documentation
  • Compassionate, culturally competent, and trauma-informed approach to care
