Job Overview
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cheese production lines. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around timely set up for cheese cutting equipment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday starting at 2pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to adjust equipment for products to be run, including baggers, scales, cheese cutter, labelers, sealers and all manufacturing related equipment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair minor breakdowns.
  • Perform preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain company buildings and facilities.
  • Understand the operation of the equipment and how to adjust it. 
  • Know how to safely use shop and hand tools.
  • Have an understanding of mechanical/light electrical operation of equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of production line equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
