Summary: Responsible for preparation and production of food for all areas in accordance with standard practices and procedures. Complies with regulatory requirements and provides exceptional customer service to everyone.

Requirements:

Education: Requires high school diploma or equivalent, AOS Culinary Degree Preferred
Experience: 3 years’ experience as a cook preferred; healthcare experience preferred.
License/Certification: Serve Safe Certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire

Working Conditions:

Manual: significant manual skills/motor coord & finger dexterity
Occupational: Some occupational risk
Physical Effort: Very Heavy effort. May exert up to 50 lbs. force
Physical Environment: Significant exposure to dirt, odors, noise, human waste, etc.
