Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Installers for projects located in the Rialto, CA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30-36/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā
- Install, assemble, and commission commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, VRF/VRV systems, ductless units, and ventilation equipment on ground-up and TI projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications to accurately lay out and install systems per plan
- Fabricate and install ductwork (square/round), hangers, and supports
- Set equipment
- Run and braze refrigerant lines
- Complete condensate and drainage systems
- Perform low-voltage and line-voltage wiring, including terminations for thermostats, controls, and disconnects
- Conduct pressure testing, evacuation, and refrigerant charging in accordance with manufacturer specs
- Assist with startups, system balancing, and troubleshooting to ensure proper airflow and performance
- Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards, local codes, and jobsite requirements
- Coordinate with other trades (sheet metal, electrical, plumbing, GC), maintain clean work areas, and complete installs on schedule
Requirements
- 2+ years commercial HVAC install experience preferred
- Experience with RTUs, ductwork, brazing, and controls wiring
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical plans
- EPA certification (preferred)
- Proficient with hand/power tools
