As a housekeeping aide, you will:

  • clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, hallways, stairwells, and business office areas

  • perform daily physical cleaning tasks including mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting, and trash removal

  • move furniture as needed to clean thoroughly

  • push and pull housekeeping carts and equipment throughout the shift

  • restock paper products and cleaning supplies

  • ensure assigned areas are clean, sanitary, safe, and well maintained at all times

Physical & Work Expectations:

This is a physically demanding role in a healthcare environment. Candidates must be able to:

  • stand and walk most of the shift

  • frequently bend, stoop, squat, reach, and kneel

  • lift up to 20 pounds frequently and 20–35 pounds occasionally

  • push and pull equipment and carts weighing up to 50 pounds

  • perform repetitive motions such as mopping, scrubbing, and wiping surfaces

  • work at a steady pace to complete assigned areas each shift

Required Qualifications:

  • applicants must be 16+ years of age
  • ability to meet the physical demands of the position
  • ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday

Shift Schedule:

  • part-time or full-time (6am-2pm or 7am-3pm)
  • includes every other weekend and every other holiday
