Job Summary
This role leads the design, delivery, and lifecycle management of infrastructure solutions within a defined technology domain, while driving alignment across Engineering, Operations, and Service Management. The Director is accountable for establishing scalable infrastructure patterns, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring reliable, cost-effective service delivery. Additionally, the role provides strategic and people leadership across teams, translating business needs into technology solutions and execution roadmaps.Required Job Qualifications:Â Â
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years in Information Technology or 12 years equivalent experience.Â
4–6 years in Infrastructure & Operations leadership.Â
Experience in infrastructure engineering, automation, and operations management.Â
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.Â
Strong understanding of business priorities and technology strategy.Â
Experience in resource, vendor, and delivery management.Â
Ability to simplify and standardize complex processes.Â
Preferred Job Qualifications:Â Â
Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.Â
Experience with cloud, compute, network, EUC, or distributed systems.Â
Experience with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code.Â
ITIL or similar framework experience.Â
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.Â

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range
$133,400.00 - $247,700.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
