Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide customers with clear repair options
• Educate homeowners on plumbing concerns and recommended solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor while helping customers make informed decisions
• Present repair and replacement options professionally and confidently
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
• Complete service calls efficiently and accurately

Requirements

• Current Texas Tradesman or Journeyman Plumbing License preferred
• Residential service experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls professionally
