Main responsibilities:Â

Oversee daily operations of the Produce Department with a focus on freshness, quality, and customer service Â

Deliver knowledgeable, friendly service and ensure associates demonstrate strong product knowledge Â

Execute corporate merchandising programs, planograms, seasonal sets, and promotional displays Â
-
Maintain full, fresh, clean, and visually appealing produce displays at all times Â
-
Manage product rotation, remove damaged or unsellable items, and maintain freshness standards Â
-
Order, receive, inspect, and store product following food safety and rotation guidelines Â
-
Manage shrink through inventory controls, root‑cause identification, and waste‑reduction strategies Â
-
Build and manage labor schedules aligned with business needs Â
-
Train, coach, and develop produce associates while maintaining a positive team environment Â
-
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, safety, and company operational standardsÂ
