Fossil Group is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales Support team in Richardson, TX. In this role, you will oversee essential order management processes to ensure the on-time shipping of Fossil and licensed brand products to our wholesale customers. Acting as a vital liaison between the sales team and internal operational departments—including planning, logistics, product, vendor compliance, and accounting—you will serve as a functional expert for order fulfillment. An ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, high ambition, and the communication and analytical skills needed to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

What you will do in this role:

  • Interact daily with internal departments to ensure order accuracy, resolve fulfillment roadblocks, and support timely shipping.
  • Analyze daily reports to verify that customer purchase orders are properly allocated, shipped, and delivered to the warehouse based on specific customer guidelines.
  • Partner directly with planners to allocate customer sales orders as required.
  • Enter customer sales orders and execute key transactions daily within the SAP AFS Sales & Distribution module.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for order fulfillment processes and provide guidance and training to new and existing team members.
  • Participate in ad-hoc sales support and operational improvement projects as needed.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, wholesale support, or order management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and a basic understanding of retail math.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills to work effectively across multiple teams.
  • Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and analytical skills with a proven track record of managing time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with SAP (specifically SAP AFS S/D), AS400, or PKMS.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a retail or corporate setting.
