Make An Impact:
We are seeking a talented Sr. Planner to join our Planning team at Fossil Group. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in planning for our business, ensuring that forecasts align with commercial strategies and inventory goals. An ideal candidate will possess a strong collaborative spirit and the technical expertise to balance complex forecasting with financial objectives.
This role is a hybrid position, requiring you to be onsite Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
What you will do in this role:

Forecast 12-month rolling demand for key accounts, adjusting in-season based on performance and commercial inputs

Develop a sku level bottoms up forecast that aligns with our tops down financial plans and overall brand and commercial strategies

Partner with sales teams pre-market to identify seasonal newness and replenishment needs

Work with Supply planners to ensure proper flow and delivery of merchandise to the customer

Build and maintain various reports to assist with meeting sales and inventory goals

Coordinate with cross-functional partners to manage excess and markdown inventory

Ad hoc special projects as needed

Who You Are:
Requirements
-
3–6 years of dedicated planning experience
-
Proven experience managing bottoms-up forecasting for full assortments, including newness, carryover, and markdown SKUs
-
Advanced Microsoft Excel experience and familiarity with integrating hard order or PO bookings into a rolling forecast

Familiarity with post-order reconciliation processes and tools

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners at various levels
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP, Tableau, GCP, or Google Suite

Prior management experience is preferred but not required

Specific experience planning for key accounts and segmented assortments
