Summary of Role: 

The Strategic Communications & Executive Programs Specialist provides flexible support across key IT transformation initiatives, executive communications, leadership engagement activities, and organizational change programs. This role develops high-quality executive content, supports communication and change management efforts, and helps ensure alignment across strategic priorities and stakeholder groups.
The role partners closely with IT leadership, Communications teams, program leaders, and subject matter experts to drive consistent messaging, executive readiness, and effective stakeholder engagement across the organization.

Essential Responsibilities

Executive Communications & ARCC Program Support

  • Lead the development, coordination, and delivery of Digital ARCC presentations and supporting materials.

  • Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to gather, synthesize, and communicate key business updates.

  • Develop executive-level presentations, briefings, and communications for leadership audiences.

  • Ensure all executive-facing content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with organizational priorities and messaging standards.

  • Coordinate recurring leadership communications and executive engagement deliverables.

Program Communications & Change Management

  • Support communication and organizational change management activities for strategic IT programs and initiatives.

  • Develop communication plans, stakeholder updates, presentations, and engagement materials that support program adoption and awareness.

  • Partner with program teams to communicate project milestones, impacts, risks, and business outcomes clearly.

  • Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements to increase stakeholder engagement.

Cybersecurity Communications & Leadership Engagement

  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity leadership to create and maintain communication materials supporting security initiatives.

  • Develop content for leadership meetings, executive reviews, employee awareness campaigns, and engagement activities.

  • Support consistent messaging and presentation standards across cybersecurity programs.

  • Assist in promoting security culture and awareness initiatives through targeted communications.

Strategic Initiatives & Project Coordination

  • Provide flexible support across strategic transformation initiatives, executive priorities, and organizational programs.

  • Coordinate project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications to support successful execution.

  • Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and leadership stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, communication effectiveness, and program execution.

  • Support special projects and emerging business priorities as assigned.

Other Responsibilities: 

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience in executive communications, program management, organizational change management, or strategic planning.

  • Strong presentation development, business writing, and storytelling capabilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.

  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels, including senior executives.

  • Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and follow-through skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Consistent and impactful messaging aligned to business objectives.

  • Successful support of organizational change and transformation programs.

Expected Salary Range

$147,000.00 - $248,000.00
