Job Title: Full-Time Front Desk/Leasing Consultant     Â

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOBÂ
The Front Desk/Leasing Consultant supports the Property Manager and Assistant Manager in the daily operations of multiple assigned properties to ensure the financial performance and overall success of the buildings and/or apartment communities. Key responsibilities include:

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
The following duties are essential to the successful performance of this position. This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary to meet operational needs.
1. Leasing & Sales Performance
- Conduct property tours and present floorplans effectively.
- Master phone techniques, closing skills, and follow-up procedures.
- Process rental applications and complete accurate verifications per rental criteria.
- Assist with lease renewals and ensure execution of renewal documents.
- Complete weekly leasing status reports.
- Conduct accurate market surveys including pricing, concessions, and competition analysis.

2. Resident Relations & Customer Experience
- Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Assist current residents with requests and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Explain community policies during move-in.
- Plan and execute resident social events.
- Communicate clearly regarding work orders and delays.

3. Marketing & Outreach
- Support property marketing initiatives including outreach efforts and promotions.
- Prepare newsletters, flyers, social media posts, and email/text campaigns.
- Ensure tour path, show units, signage, and curb appeal are presentation-ready daily.

4. Move-In & Move-Out Administration
- Prepare and audit move-in files ensuring all required documentation and signatures.
- Complete move-in procedures in management software accurately.
- Conduct move-out inspections, accept keys, assess charges, and document with photos and notes.
5. Administrative & Office Management
- Maintain organized lease files and invoices.
- Manage and track work orders with proper documentation and follow-up.
- Ensure accurate data entry in management software (Yardi preferred).
- Complete assigned reports and administrative projects timely.
- Maintain professional office appearance and personal presentation standards.

6. Other Projects and DutiesÂ
- Complete additional projects assigned by the Senior Leadership or Regional Supervisor as the business needs may arise. Â

- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.

- Maintain organized administrative systems and reporting accuracy.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED equivalentÂ
- Preferred Property Management experience
- Leasing experience is property management is a plusÂ

- Proficient in personal computer skills and business-related software including Microsoft office products and use of e-mail
- Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbalÂ
