Now Hiring: Wound Care Nurses – Home Health/Hospice Support (DFW Area)

We are currently seeking experienced Wound Care Nurses to join our growing team providing in-home patient care throughout the DFW area. Candidates with wound care certification and experience using wound vacs are highly preferred.

Position Requirements:

Active RN or LVN license in Texas
Wound care experience required
Certified Wound Care Nurse preferred
Experience with wound vacs and advanced wound treatment
Comfortable providing care in patient homes
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance required
Ability to document electronically on phone/tablet/computer

Responsibilities Include:

Wound assessments and dressing changes
Wound vac management and monitoring
Patient and family education
Coordination with hospice/home health teams
Accurate electronic documentation
