Responsibilities:

  • Execute measurement operations on new products in the factory
  • Manage qualification builds across the line
  • Clear holds/roadblocks as they occur on qualification builds
  • Work directly with production teams to determine priorities
  • Partner with engineering teams to run experiments

 

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent military training
  • 1+ years of experience in an engineering lab environment
  • Willing to learn new skills, become proficient, and advance to assume greater responsibility

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with measurement and reliability techniques such as X-ray, CSAM (Confocal Scanning Acoustic Microscopy), die shear, and wire pull
