Process Engineering Technician

Summary:
The Process Engineering Technician is responsible for performing all technician tasks and duties assigned to them by a Process Engineer. Will work alongside a Process Engineer and report to the Manager of Process Engineering.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Verify all tooling and assist with their installation
- Verify machine set ups and if required assist with the required adjustments
- Analyze Data to determine areas to focus on for continuous improvement
- Troubleshooting day to day issues
- Assist Process Engineer with developing and testing new processes and projects
- Assist in the dispositions of component and product related anomalies
- Assist in training and verification of operators to the SOP process
Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Education: High School or two-year vocational degree
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Technical report writing
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment]
Physical Requirements:
- Stand/walk/move about specific work area
- Bend/reach/twist/stoop
- Lift to 50+ lbs. on a frequent basis
Work Environment:
- Combination of office and plant-floor learning experiences.
- Exposure to industrial equipment, heat, and noise (PPE provided).
