Job DetailsJob Location: Motis Manufacturing Center - Germantown, WI 53076Salary Range: $1.00 - $1.00 HourlyJob Shift: First ShiftMotis Manufacturing Center - W210N12975 Gateway Crossing Suite 400, Richfield, WI 53076 Motis Manufacturing Center is looking for a full-time Sprayer in Germantown, WI. Hours: Monday-Thursday, 5:30am - 3:30pm with limited overtime as needed The Race Ramps Sprayer contributes to every stage of the automotive ramp production process in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, utilizing patented and innovative production methods to create lightweight, durable, and safe products. The technician is also responsible for inspecting finished products for defects or cosmetic imperfections prior to packaging and shipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare raw product for spray process using small hand or powered tools and equipment. Use spray equipment to apply exterior coating to high-density foam ramps. Perform silk screening on finished product. Assemble various finished components into sets and prepare for shipment. Operate material handling equipment. Manage and pack multiple orders running in production. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.   QualificationsQualifications Able to flex between duties with minimum notice to meet customer demand. Lift up to 35 lbs. routinely with the ability to bend, lift, sit or stand for long periods of time. Operate small power tools. Basic PC and MS office skills.
