The eCommerce Coordinator is responsible for supporting the growing MobilityWorks eCommerce product catalog and on‑site merchandising experience. This role plays a hands‑on part in creating and maintaining accurate, high‑quality product pages that help clients confidently find the mobility solutions that fit their needs.

Essential Job Functions and Duties:Â
Product Catalog & Content Management
- Create, update, and maintain product pages for mobility equipment, adaptive products, and related accessories
- Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and aligned with brand, accessibility, and compliance standards
- Manage product attributes, specifications, imagery, and documentation to support informed purchasing decisions
Digital Merchandising Support
- Assist with on‑site merchandising efforts, including category organization, product sorting, and featured placements
- Support promotional updates, product launches, and seasonal merchandising initiatives
- Help optimize product page layout and content to improve clarity, usability, and conversion
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with merchandising, marketing, product, and client care teams to gather and publish product content
- Coordinate imagery, copy updates, and data changes across internal systems and tools
- Help identify and resolve content gaps, inaccuracies, or usability issues throughout the site
Quality Assurance & Reporting
- Perform regular audits of product pages to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and consistency
- Assist with basic reporting on product performance, content completeness, and merchandising updates
- Support ongoing efforts to improve the online client experience across devices
Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Assist with order processing and fulfillment as needs require
- Support ongoing efforts to improve the online client experience from order placement to delivery
Position Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Merchandising, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, content management systems, and internal tools
- Clear written communication skills and a strong sense of accuracy
Skills/Abilities:
- Internship or entry‑level experience in ecommerce, digital content, or marketing
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (experience using WordPress with WooCommerce preferred)
- Interest in digital merchandising, product content, or accessibility‑focused design
- Basic understanding of SEO or online shopping behavior
- Experience with paid digital campaigns (examples include Google Shopping, Meta Ads, etc.)
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
- Must be able to complete physical activities (walking, standing, talking, kneeling, hearing, pushing, reaching, seeing, stooping/crouching, smelling, depth perception, identifying colors) as needed.Â
