As an HVAC Service Technician at Willard West Heating and Cooling, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for residential and/or commercial clients. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely. Your role will also involve communicating with customers, providing service recommendations, and ensuring all work is completed to code and company standards. A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and technical excellence is essential.

What you Will Do:

• Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve HVAC system issues
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
• Educate customers on system care, offering recommendations for improving performance and preventing future issues.
• Maintain detailed records of service performed, parts replaced, and issues identified during inspections, providing thorough reports to management and customers.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls, ensuring timely repairs and minimizing system downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, local codes, and industry regulations while working on HVAC equipment.
• Collaborate with other technicians and customer service teams to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.

What You Need:

• Must have an EPA License
• Minimum 5+ years as a HVAC Service Technician 
• Must pass a drug screen, MVR & background check
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Physical dexterity
