In this role, you’ll be at the center of quality assurance activities, supporting inspection processes, maintaining traceability, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Your work will directly impact product integrity, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage non-conformances, improve inspection systems, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. How You’ll make an impact

  • Perform inspections on incoming materials and in-process components

  • Record inspection results and maintain accurate, traceable documentation

  • Label compliant components and manage identification processes

  • Identify and report non-conformances to relevant stakeholders

  • Support non-conformance management and containment activities

  • Maintain inspection equipment and ensure proper calibration

  • Contribute to risk assessments and PFMEA activities

  • Provide input to improve inspection processes and quality controls

Your Background

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering-related field

  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or inspection

  • Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation practices

  • Experience performing inspections using standard tools and techniques

  • Basic knowledge of continuous improvement or problem-solving methods

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures
