Associate IS Support Technician - On Site

Serves as the key point of support to resolve caregivers' issues, fulfill requests for information technology services. Service Delivery team members must deliver timely and accurate Information Technology support and services to all Providence caregivers, partners, and customers while maintaining a focus on positive customer service experience.

Required Qualifications:

H.S. Diploma or GED in General Studies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline or equivalent education/experience.
Upon hire: Current certification A+, Network+, CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, MCSA, CSA, ACE, CCIE, or MSDBA.
2 years experience in remote or IS field technical support.
2 years Healthcare IS experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
